The larger your design system becomes, the more the question arises which components should be part of the design system. I notice that especially popular design systems have very few core components: Quality instead of quantity.

• It has to support multiple languages, including different reading/writing directions (ltr/rtl).
• It has to be accessible.

Because this is a lot of effort for a component, they share not finished beta versions to invite the community to finalize the components.
